How do I submit my event to your website?
To submit your event, simply navigate to the "Submit Event" page on our website and fill out the required information in the provided form.
What information do I need to provide when submitting an event?
You'll need to provide details such as the event title, date, time, location, description, contact information, and any relevant links or images.
Is there a fee for submitting an event?
Not at this time.
Is there an APP for the community calendar?
Currently, there isn't an app available for download from the App Store. However, the website if fully optimized for mobile use, so you can easily access and use it through your smartphone and web browser.
How far in advance should I submit my event?
We recommend submitting your event at least two weeks in advance to ensure it gets listed in a timely manner.
How long will it take for my event to appear on the website?
Typically, events are reviewed and published within 1-2 business days after submission.
Can I edit, update or cancel my event after it's been submitted?
Though we cannot guarantee that you will be able to edit or update your event or details, you may contact our support team and we will attempt to accommodate your request as we are able.
Why was my event denied?
Please see our list of disclaimers for event submission. We will send you a message with details as to why we did not accept your event to our page.
Can I submit recurring events?
Yes, you can submit recurring events. Please specify the recurrence pattern and any relevant details in the event submission form.
